In this role, you will specializein inbound calls for our Back-Up Care Advantage division and assist familieswith finding temporary care for their children or loved ones. Back-Up CareAdvantage (BUCA) Program is designed to provide back-up care whenevernormal care arrangements are unavailable. The program gives access to anationwide network of quality, licensed child care centers - includinghundreds of Bright Horizons child care centers across the country as wellas, in home care, self care, and elder care. Clients have 24-hour accessto a team of Back-Up Care Specialists who will find and schedule care on theirWhat you will be doing: * Handle incoming calls for the Back-Up Care Advantage (BUCA) line ofbusiness which may include entering client registrations, takingreservations, providing exceptional customer service, etc. * Educate clients on Bright Horizons BUCA program, policies, andprocedures, and help them to understand any client specific processes,documentation, and timelines. * Assisting clients on the phone by troubleshooting, researching, andfinding resolutions. * Answering incoming calls in a timely manner as identified by servicelevel standards. * Meeting minimum performance standards. * Assisting clients with escalations when appropriate. * Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.Job Requirements:What we hope you will bring to the role: * High School Diploma/GED Required * Minimum 1 year customer service, help-desk, and/or comprehensivecall center knowledge. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability todocument content of phone conversations accurately. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills necessary, inaddition to the ability to work closely with other team members anddepartments * Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (must know Outlook andWord at a minimum). * Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new softwaresystems. * Outstanding customer service skills. * Ability to determine needs of the caller and obtain necessaryinformation without following a scripted process.
