JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Customer Care Representative, you make the 4imprint brand come alive and interact with our customers throughout the day by providing them with the most remarkable service they've ever had! You'll be assisting customers with their current orders and any claim situations that arise to find a resolution that satisfies the customer. Here's what a typical day might look like. Assist customers when a claim situation occurs, processing each claim to the satisfaction of our customers. Take incoming calls to ensure prompt customer response/resolution per department standards. Process emailed claims from the claims email bin. Request/process samples for vendor credits. Work closely with the Accounting Department to process vendor and customer credits. Follow-up with customers and vendors in a timely manner. Handle all aspects of customer/vendor contact respectfully. Work closely with team managers to provide appropriate feedback to Customer Service Representatives in areas requiring further development. Meet and maintain performance objectives and goals. Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development. Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
