Kforce has a client that is seeking an Customer Experience Specialist in Plainfield, Indiana (IN). Summary: As the Customer Experience Specialist, your primary goal will be to create a fun and educational experience for guests who visit the center. You will do this through marketing efforts such as booking appointments, promoting and educating guests on our innovative website, and assist guests with creating their profile. Responsibilities:

  • Creating a welcoming energy and excite guests about the centers fun, fast, and easy program

  • Welcome all walk-in guests, answer questions and generally manage the customers

  • Enthusiastically educate all guests about the benefits of hassle-free car buying

  • Scheduling appointments for customers with partnered dealerships

  • Demonstrate how to use our website and mobile to locate vehicles and schedule appointments

  • Engage every store guest by delivering personalized information through meaningful conversations

  • Count store guests and conversations, and report them daily

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming appearance in the store by adhering to opening and closing procedures

  • Distribute marketing materials to guests

  • Your performance will be measured by your ability to provide ENGAGING customer service

  • Exceed weekly and monthly performance targets

  • Move cars in and out of the center as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Sunday 11-5p, Monday - Thursday 11-7p, Friday and Saturday 9-7p
