eVantage Call Center Specialist in Troy, Michigan

We are seeking a temporary Call Center Specialist for a 2 to 4 month assignment. The Call Center Specialist is responsible for answering inbound phone calls for the main and support lines. The Call Center Specialist also aims to resolve all questions and minimize escalation or complaints while handling inbound calls for eight different states. The Call Center Specialist will work with the team taking inbound calls from borrowers, clients, housing counselors and attorneys. The Call Center Specialist will also be responsible for processing incoming mail, incoming faxes, team emails and assisting the mail room saving mail to files.Responsibilities:ulliStaff the ACD Call Queues that receive all inbound calls for the firm./liliHandle or direct the call to the appropriate person or department./liliAnswer phones professionally./liliRespond to customer inquiries./liliResearch required information using available resources./liliHandle and resolve customer complaints./liliProvide customers with product and service information./liliIdentify and escalate priority issues./liliRoute calls to appropriate resource./liliFollow up customer calls where necessary./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ul
